Nestled along the Baraboo River, their restaurant has delicious cuisine year-round (with a riverside patio for dining in the warmer months!) that features menu items infused with spirits, creative seasonal cocktails, and even a kids’ menu. Tour the rack house to see thousands of barrels of aging whiskey and learn about their grain-to-glass distillation process that produces whiskey, vodka, gin, and more. An on-site store allows you to take a piece of the distillery home with you, think bourbon-scented candles, bottles of limited-edition spirits, and DIY cocktail mixology kits.
