2024 Big Ten Conference Rowing Championships

Wisconsin finished in 6th place with 70 points at the 2024 Big Ten Rowing Championships on Sunday at Devil’s Lake State Park. Michigan won the title for the second consecutive year, totaling 189 points. The Wolverines claimed first place in five races, including a narrow victory over Indiana in the First Eights to clinch the championship. For a complete report click here.

What was a bit surprising (Other than Wisconsin’s 6th place result!) was how quiet the north shore of Devil’s Lake State Park was during much of the race. While the party was on the south shore, folks on the north coast were treated to an unusually peaceful morning on the beach. Here are a few random snaps to share the overall feel of the morning from the north end.
